EDUCATION & TRAINING PROVIDERSMAGMA identifies skills and competencies that are in demand by industry employers.  MAGMA develops Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and endorse education and training courses and programs that meet those skill and competency requirements.  An industry panel and staff make final determinations of what courses and programs are endorsed by MAGMA.
