MAGMA industry partners have identified short course training programs by surveying OEMs and suppliers, as well as conducting interviews with industry HR and technical training directors. Courses in seven key areas of focus were identified. Course offerings were further vetted by industry partners for relevant interest, instruction, and outcomes.
Course delivery can take place at the educator’s site, the employer’s site, or a third-party location, on a mutually agreeable time frame.
