MAGMA industry partners have identified short course training programs by surveying OEMs and suppliers, as well as conducting interviews with industry HR and technical training directors. Courses in six key areas of focus were identified. Course offerings were further vetted by industry partners for relevant interest, instruction, and outcomes.
Course delivery can be made at the educator’s site, the employer’s site, or a third-party location, all on a mutually agreeable time frame.
