  • The opportunity to be part of a consortium, or Industry-Led Collaborative (ILC), application for the Going Pro! Talent Fund, which makes awards to employers to assist in training, development, and retaining current and newly hired employees and apprentices.
  • Access to MAGMA-approved short courses, MAGMA members can reskill incumbent workers for the jobs their respective companies need to fill. Additionally, through collective voice, MAGMA can inform the training opportunities that their employees most need.
